AVO 6006 – Suelo Terminado is based on an acrylic copolymer and glycols that provides high gloss retention with superior durability to resist wear and tear from abrasion such as sand which is frequently tracked into facilities or homes. It also can with stand abrasiveness of scrubber pads from buffing or burnishing. It is resistant to water, powder, detergents, and other fluids which enables AVO 6006 prevent slip and fall accidents. The excellent durability characteristic helps to prevent yellowing of the floor finish, and providing excellent resistance to scratch and mark resistance such as high heel marks. This would also dependent on good routine floor maintenance program. It has a built in germicide and corrosion inhibitor for health and safety reasons. AVO 6006 Floor finish could easily be removed with AVO 6005 (General Purpose Cleaner used for Floor polish remover and wax stripper). AVO 6006 is biodegradable, and safe to use floor coating and seal at the same time. It is highly recommended to use good ventilation when using both products.
